Steffen has more than 15 years of experience in top management consulting. His clients include companies and entrepreneurs in the manufacturing sector as well as internationally oriented medium-sized businesses.
His focus is on increasing the value and turnover of companies and improving the performance of operational business processes. He supports companies in their consistent orientation towards markets and customers and places people as well as the system surrounding them at the centre of his consulting activities. Most recently, the establishment of sustainability strategies moved into his consulting focus.
Before joining ADVYCE, Steffen worked for Droege&Comp. and TMG, among others. He studied mechanical engineering in Stuttgart and Glasgow. In addition, he was awarded a doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. Steffen is also a graduate of the Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris.
Steffen is married and has a son. He is an enthusiastic winter sportsman and also enjoys spending his free time together with his family in the mountains in summer.
